Event Information:

“Amazing Grace” Hopper was a mathematician, naval officer, and computer programmer, and was a pioneering woman in the field of computer science. She developed a compiler and several computer languages, working to bring them closer to natural English and away from machine language. Actress Regina Rose brings this vibrant scientist and teacher to life in two living history presentations on September 14: 12:30-1:30 pm and again 6:30-7:30pm. This event is free & open to the public. Limited seating. Reservation recommended. Please specify which presentation you would like to attend. Venue is wheelchair accessible.
