Event Information:

Local historian David Fisher brings to life the First Public Printer of the United States and father of modern scientific experimentation, Benjamin Franklin. Learn about Dr. Franklin’s many inventions and scientific discoveries as we celebrate Constitution Day and the HCC Library's 50th Anniversary as a Federal Depository Library. After this presentation, join us in the HCC Library, Room 326, for cake and an award presentation by our special guest, The Honorable Davita Vance-Cooks, Director of the U.S. Government Publishing Office. 

There will be 2 programs. The first will be from 12-1 pm. RESERVATION REQUIRED. 12:00 program includes a boxed lunch. Free & open to the public. Reserve your seat by Monday, September 11, 2017: ACraley@harford.edu or 443.412.2042.
The second program will run from 3:30-4:30 pm. LIMITED SEATING. RESERVATION RECOMMENDED. Free & open to the public.
