Healthy Travel Information

Healthy Travel Information – April 1, 2020

Governor Larry Hogan has issued a Stay at Home Executive Order. Only essential travel outside of your home is allowed during this time.

In response to this Order, the staff of Visit Harford are working from home. We are working closely with local, state and federal organizations to spread news and updates about our region. Bear in mind most tourism related attractions and businesses are now closed.

Being ‘closed’ to tourism poses interesting challenges. We will continue to stay in touch and cooperate with the resources listed below. We will continue to communicate, coordinate, and share whatever helpful or entertaining news available. We hope to engage you with county “talk” where you can share ideas about your favorite Harford County spots.

We look forward to hanging out our ‘open for tourism’ shingle in the future. But until then, we encourage you to stay home in support of reducing the spread of COVID-19. We are proud to be part of an effort to protect our most valuable resources: our families, friends, neighbors, and residents of Harford County. Until then, please stay healthy.
